A professional service with a smile. I’m a first time user of Ace Computers after my local shop closed before Christmas. Needing a repair it was time to visit Ace after reading reviews on line. I can confirm that all the positive reviews are entirely accurate. I was made to feel welcome and confidently handed over my Desktop PC for repair. They were busy, but managed to effect a rebuild for me in less than a week and at a very reasonable price. I am delighted that I have found a competent technician to undertake any future requirements I may have for my essential PC mainly used for photo editing with Photoshop and Lightroom. I can thoroughly recommend Ace Computers for your supplies or any work you may need undertaken. In replying to your response re four stars, and for the benefit of others reading the reviews. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of your service and nothing you could do to improve it. It’s a quirk of mine. I rarely post a review unless I am particularly impressed and never give five stars.

Do not use! Was told 2 days for my printer fixing , then it went up to 5 days then 6. No communication whatsoever , ignoring my messages and now been told still not ready for another 6 days so 2 days turned into 12! I get the epson website is down but kept on lying then ignoring me is not acceptable !! AVOID
