I don't normally do reviews for a good job - 'good' should come as standard. But Graeme's service wasn't just good - it was brilliant! For a start, I left a message on his website and he got back to me promptly; we made an appointment and he turns up on bang on time; he parks his van considerately; the wind traps his fingers in the door - he doesn't even swear!; he's meticulous in his dust management, he's got a van load of professional flu-cleaning equipment - and he knows how to use it, he checks the carbon monoxide detector; he does cashless payments... I could go on... In fact, the only thing he didn't do was invite me to choose from a range of Jo Malone air fresheners to 're-scent' the room before he left. There's something very reassuring about this standard of service - and it was all done at a very competitive price. Thanks Graeme.
