I am not satisfied with service ...they gave me report of faulty part and I replaced it but the fault not resolved ! I visited them again and they ask to pay for new diagnostic test! Which is more than 140 pound ! I don't recommend the workshop

Got my car booked in so quickly, literally 2 days after I enquired. Hayley (I think that's her name) was lovely and so helpful. Quick efficient work carried out on my car, problem found and rectified (fingers crossed for good). Very reasonably priced. Was told in detail the fault and what work was carried out. As advised I booked in a week in advance. When I phoned for an update on my car I was told there wasn't one. This continued for several days- no information on my car repair. This seemed troubling as my calls were being forwarded to somebody who couldn't give me any information... After a week I was told that a technician would soon be looking at my car.
