    I am now 3 months post-surgery following my LASIK treatment at Accuvision in Wetherby. I absolutely could not fault it. I came to Accuvision for a consultation in January after hearing good reviews and recommendations online, more for the London clinic but I thought since they had one close by me I'd give them a go. Additionally, I had another consultation at a larger, more "high street" clinic. There was no doubt in my mind that I preferred Accuvision. What I really loved was the more "family" feel - I felt really well looked after and like they genuinely cared about me, not just about getting another number to add to their success rate. My prescription was one that is generally considered complex/advanced. I was roughly -5.50 in both eyes, with astigmatism in both as well. Accuvision corrected them perfectly, and three months on I have absolutely no side effects. It's honestly like magic, I could not recommend them enough.

    I wanted eye surgery for years as my eyesight was just horrible and awful, i desperately did not want to wear glasses. This is where i came across AccuVision. I booked an appointment for an eye test and to see if my eyes were good enough for the surgery, they did a few test and told me I was able to go ahead with the surgery. On surgery day, I was nervous as hell but they reassured me a lot of times and kept me calm before and throughout the surgery. With the surgery, it doesn’t hurt at at all, they talk to you as they go along with the surgery and it is literally over within 5 minutes. After the surgery, they did a few more tests and then gave me some eye drops and talked about the aftercare, they would book me in for a few more appointments to see how my eyes are. It’s been 2 months since my surgery and my eyes are perfect and i’m loving it a lot, so all credit to AccuVision.

    * AccuVision Wetherby * I highly recommend this company i had a tricky prescription so the other companies were trying to charge me a fortune and even some said they couldn't do it. This company not only did it cheaper than elsewhere but their prechecks and then aftercare system were very thorough, they kept a close eye haha on me over my healing period and for the next year or so after that. During the procedure I also got a little nervous and I must say the team in the room were incredible and so reassuring. I wish I could see AccuVision for everything medically not just my eyes.

    I had LASIK a year ago and now have better than 20:20 vision. The process has been great. Every member of staff has been so helpful and supportive. You can really tell its a smaller business than some other laser surgery places and there was no pushing me into decisions or hard selling. It was also cheaper than elsewhere. The procedure itself was not at all painful or distressing - it was honestly nicer than a dental hygiene appointment. Overall I would highly recommend if you're thinking of having laser eye surgery. I went snorkeling for the first time this summer and it's moments like that where I know I definitely made the right decision!

From the initial phone call to the post care I do not have a negative word to say about my experience. The staff were great and I was informed all the way about the procedure.
