Good: Approachable and friendly, when you ring them you speak to real people who are friendly and helpful. Price is good, workflow via online portal is slick, turnaround time is reasonable. Bad: Accuracy was not great for my material. My transcription was very short (approx 7 minutes audio and video) but came back with multiple "inaudibles" and outright errors, almost all of which were easily identifiable to me when I cross-checked the transcript with original audio - and I don't do this for a living! Accuro initially said they would consider a second attempt but did not accept that they had not done as good a job as I expected and simply said they considered their version accurate. Overall: I appreciate friendly service and a slick portal but for this task accuracy was the most important factor. Very disappointed.
