My father passed away, due to the circumstances and events surrounding he’s death along with work issues I Suffered a personal mental breakdown while working on the grounds maintenance team as a charge hand , I never applied for that position I was offered it at the interview I sat on the day what was for the grounds maintenance operative working under the charge hand instruction, was giving new sites and a new round that even the MANAGERS didn’t seem to know what parts on the spec sheet was actually covered causing endless problems and embarrassment but the works was still completed and proven by photo evidence via the app used … Was sent p45 in post whilst signed off with no explanation? No messages or Emails replied to, very clicky circle of staff most of whom are currently poached from a rival grounds maintenance firm and cover each other’s backs, all well and good if your in the circle like I was but they soon change they’re tune when you fall on your backside and crumble …No explanation as to why I was given p45 whilst signed off no reply was given when I asked via WhatsApp and email one email was sent back saying the address didn’t exist but yet other emails sent via different email addresses sent fine … I may seek legal advise on this as I’ve been told by it could possibly be illegal what they have done.
