Absolutely great company to deal with from start to finish. The lady in the office was really helpful and attended to my requirements very professionally, especially as it was a last minute call from myself. When the delivery came, the driver was very polite and courteous with regards to filling the concrete and quantity required. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be using Accumix in the future. Thank you all.

Having used this company previously, there were friendly and provided to correct product. This time however concrete was booked and arranged 5 days prior to needing it. Contacted them 24 hrs before to be told it was no longer going to be delivered. Pump and labour booked ready. No apologies, poor organisation and unreliable.

Very disappointed by the poor level of service and the lack of professionalism shown by some members of staff. They do not seem to care about the your losses that are caused their inability to provide the service that they sold to you in the first place. Nor do they think its a problem for them to expect you to wait for them to turn up over 4 hours late and when its already gone dark. They do not contact you to advise you that they will be late ahead of time, they just seem to expect you to endlessly wait for them and when you do call in after the delivery slot has passed there is no apology, in fact your treated with distain and given another empty promise of a delivery slot. I've had this happen multiple times for the same delivery until they pushed for it to be cancelled, costing me over 5 hours of labour for 4 men as well as hire cost of tools. When you call in to chase delivery's or complain you get treated with contempt and fed platitudes and increasing later delivery times. I've had a terrible experience and its cost me hundreds of pounds as well as put the job back. OK some of the staff are great but only some, as some of them have a awful attitude and make arrangements knowing that the drivers wont be able to deliver on or anywhere near on time. So the work of the good staff is spoilt by the lesser staff and ends up with very late deliveries or cancelled deliveries and more losses for the customer. I had a email back from one of the better members of staff at Accumix, they did apologise but also tried to make there poor service out to be partially my fault ??? No offer of compensation for lost time and money. Not even a discount on a future order. Seems like these really don't care about the customer at all.

Faultless! Having given me the best price of the 6 companies who quoted, I was almost expecting the service to be a bit "rough round the edges" but the service level, as well as the price, was perfect: Jon in the office was always helpful and quick to reply to my many queries. The driver was quick to understand what I needed him to do on the site (access was a bit awkward) and was genuinely happy to help. Couldn't pick fault with them, even if I'd wanted to.

The delivery was an hour late but because of this they agreed that we could have longer on site if needed at no extra charge (although this wasn't actually required). Everything else ran smoothly, when there was a slight issue with the invoice it was all sorted satisfactory by Chris so on this basis I would be happy to use Accumix again for future upcoming jobs and happy to recommend.
