My experience with those running this service has been amazing and the directory they have for vetted therapies is an excellent source to gather information to source out the correct person for yourself. Calling ACCPH an advertisement company or a shoddy money scheme by these that don't understand medical directory the NHS runs the same system however each directory have these own clinical framework the therapist must accept and are challenged on routinely - any issues should be raised with the company before slanders the 100s of people on their listing doing great work that otherwise cant be achieved nationally. Keep up the great work.

I used therapywithmisha from this site I booked a bundle of sessions as it was more cost effective to do so. This should have been a red flag, but as I was vulnerable at the time, it did not occur to me. Following a few sessions, I felt she was abrupt in her manner and dismissive of what I was saying so I would just shut down and not say much. During that time I began to doubt myself and started getting frustrated with myself for not being able to open up and found myself apologising just like I used to in my relationship. During those sessions I thought there was more wrong with me then when I had started and therefore continued seeing her for a few more sessions even after the bulk of them had finished. She told me that my son would have abandonment issues, and that I was defensive in sessions and not open to criticism. There were a lot of points she made which were highly unethical. She shared so much personal information about herself which was inappropriate and unrelated to what we were discussing. I was so upset by these discussions that I began having sleepless nights and even went to the GP to get sleeping tablets not knowing what the cause was at the time. On the last session i had with her she questioned when i had spoken to her last but as my therapist, surely this is something she should remember? She could not even remember what we had spoken about so it felt like I was just throwing my money and time away and being left to feel worse than i had started off with. I have recently started using another therapist who is highly qualified. When I told her what was said by Misha, she was genuinely shocked and told me I had likely been retraumatised. There is a massive difference in my current therapist’s approach and how respectful and non judgemental she is towards me and how I am spoken to. I did not realise how much Misha had affected me mentally until I started speaking to my new therapist and reflected back on what was said I think she requires healing before trying to heal clients. Writing how a service will be provided is easy but when its not provided it is extremely disappointing. Please thoroughly research the therapist before you use one especially if you are paying in bulk as essentially, they are playing Russian Roulette with your life especially when money is all they care about rather than the well being of the client! When I did leave a review the company she is advertising under must have sent her the review as the next day she blocked me rather then reflecting back on what was said during the sessions and learning from it to ensure she does not make anyone feel like this again. Positive reviews were then being accepted no doubt from people she knows. I do hope she is a lot more compassionate and empathetic towards her clients in the future and thinks before she speaks as her words has a massive impact on the clients well being. I disclosed something to her which she did prod at when I told her she did not tell me she was not trained in the area instead allowed me to think she is able to help for her own personal gain. I paid for service not to be tried and tested on to see of she maybe able to help but I do not think she was even bothered as long as she was getting paid. I do believe I have a duty of care to let others know as I do not want them to experience what I did. The owner has stated in an email that he has decided to take it as a complaint and will let me know the outcome, but I am still waiting.

The ACCPH have been brilliant and I would highly recommend them. From other reviews you can clearly see a smear campaign has unfortunately been started against the ACCPH after I worked with a client and referred her on to more specialist support. I felt its best she seeks further support from a specialist qualified in what came up for her after we had worked through what she initially came to me for. I researched and recommended several others to support her further. Her coaching sessions were rolling after an initial package was booked and she continued on her own accord even with the right to stop them at any point that she felt uncomfortable. I am now having to consider taking legal advice as I have a coaching contract and even text message evidence to prove false claims are being made. It is unfortunate the ACCPH is being targeted like this when they have been nothing but professional throughout.

This is totally unacceptable and means when things like this happen people are all about money making and conning people. I believe in karma. What goes around comes around and if one can't take constructive criticism, then they are definitely not professional. This is meant to support people not con them

Dr Fawzy Masaoud is truly listens and understands and gives great advice. He takes the time to get to know my daughter needs. I really appreciate the time and effort he put to test her. He is always available and sends thoughtful responses and messages. My daughter feels supported and yet challenged at the same time, in the best way possible. He does not judge her or make her feel guilty and truly wants the best for his clients. I would highly recommend him. An amazing person and makes her feel better about herself. My daughter had seen real growth and progress since her first meeting. Overall great doctor.
