AVOID changed mortgage product online and as 3 years ago BUT this time they did not change it and are charging us £200 more a month, without contacting us. My wife called them to confirm the change and some exceptionally intellingent operator put the phone down on her!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I should of known better after reading there reviews! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Accord Mortgages: Mislead me… Gave my mortgage broker false information which ended up costing me £90 for my accountants reference and one of there forms to complete regarding tax year projections WHICH THEY ASKED FOR AND SAID WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE BUT THEN BACK TRACK AND DONT EVEN TAKE THE PROJECTION INTO ACCOUNT AND DO THE AFFORDABILITY ON TAX YEAR 2019/20 before COVID RESTRICTIONS! AND 2 weeks to find out that after getting the documents and Accountants reference that they said would be accepted they move the goal posts!!! The UNDERWRITER also discriminated about my occupation and said that my earnings where to high for the job that i do even without looking at my bank statements as proof and evidence i have earned what my tax year SA302 reflects!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I’ve raised a complaint for being misled,wasting time, financially costing me, stress and discriminating my occupation. The Property Ombudsman once i have there outcome will be next!!! Disgraceful!!! If you want a mortgage AVOID AVOID AVOID ACCORD MORTGAGES!!!
