I'm not quite sure this can be classed as 'accommodation'. Happier moments in my life would demonstrate the word 'accommodating' to mean welcoming, warm - or as the Geordies say - Happy days! So, to my utter disgust, I had to experience the full wrath, horrific staff and territorial tyranny of this 'service'. When I say horrific staff, insights are quite notable. Let's begin. Scornful, discriminatory, unfair; do any of these adjectives hit home? Inquisition is the closest word I can find to describe a visit from security or a disciplinary hearing. Friends accused of damages to items quite obviously scuffed previously. Hell is a real place and it manifests itself right here. Keep your receipts and go to the front desk.
