Totally unethical and unprofessional. Trying to charge me for a free consultation that during the same the Lawyer actually recommended I didn't proceed! Then 7 months later they stated sending threatening letters. Stay away!

After making an online enquiry received no response. I recontacted over a week later to chase up. Unhelpful and rude receptionist simply made a point of advising fees were £200 - £300 and advised I contact a larger firm and recommended Howells.. Although my daughter doesnt work I was happy to fund. Do legal feesNo interest in taking the case evento, does not work so is likely elihible for legal aid but I was looking at paying and nomot going down tgat
