    They delivered my car after 6 months, pretty sure it's not road legal certainty not safe, blaming it on previous accident cause they already invoicing insurance before the car was repaired. Delivered a car I don't even dare drive it on the road. took it on test drive and it was actually scary how bad the car felt , before accident it was smoothest car I've ever driven and I've drove and hired a lot of cars. Definitely avoid like the plague. Most stressful thing I've ever been through thought AXA was the problem but I now have a car big relief not I don't dare drive it, soo looking forward to getting it back too šŸ˜­

    UPDATE: I've just been informed by the reputable main dealer servicing my vehicle that the underside of my vehicle shows some evidence of angle grinding that has not been finished off properly. Thankfully they don't think it affects the vehicle but is yet more evidence of the poor quality of this outfit. The repair to my vehicle was fine and the car came back gleamingly clean. HOWEVER my minor accident was on July 27th and the cosmetic repair (a panel and door) was not completed until January 12th. The initial delays were apparently due to the unavailability of parts. My car was eventually taken in on November 28th but no work on it started until after December 16th and Ibsuspect not until the New Year. Requests for information were met with tersely and unsympathetically from Susan, including putting the phone down on me. Today I found out that they told the underwriters on Dec 9th, who were dealing with a complaint about the company, that the parts had just arrived and that it could brought in on the 12th Dec even though they had actually had the car for 2 weeks by then. Shambolic.
