  My son recieved a letter today from this company for a notice of intent for court proceedings. For an accident is October 2018. He has never spoken too, placed a claim or had any dealings with this company. We thought it was a scam until we googled the company. At the time of stated accident he was 15 years old!! He has never had any phone calls, emails, letters, messages, from this company and has definitely never signed any contract with them. It’s absolutely insane. There is no information in the letter about the so called claim apart from a date and to pay the amount but there is no amount on there. There is an attached claim form with no claim number no court address no signatures. But this is seriously concerning. We have emailed and requested all or any information the hold and we will be looking into this legally our end.

  Review consistent with 90% of others on here. And very relate able to the newest of reviews. Company are threatening multiple people including me and have been for about 2 years now. Despite there poor correspondence times. I have been told court papers are being filed for the last 12 months at least. The manager of this place has shouted, used offensive language whilst on the phone and has even sent misleading emails many times. I have decided to take some advice on this and unsurprisingly has been found to of fell short of conduct codes. An establishment that has a manager that shouts and swears at people on the phone. And threatens them. He even used a quote from ‘Suits’ the TV show I think?… We are now at a point where they are refusing to acknowledge my solicitor and have even gone as far as carrying on to email me direct despite being informed that someone is dealing with the matter they claim on my behalf. They have also added a 8% fee to my ‘Bill’ again no explaining why. We have contacted them twice since their last correspondence where the manager tells us ‘ to reply to their correspondence in an efficient manor’ But then has just taken almost a month to reply to our reply to this message. This has now dragged on for a couple of years. And caused unimaginable stress and anxiety. As their threats haven’t stopped. Although their correspondence does. We have made them an offer without predjudice twice now and both times have been ignored. I personally was ready to try and arrange a payment plan suitable for myself. But we have been ignored both times without a counter offer. Too many firms like this nowadays. Bullying people into claims as other reviewers have mentioned. Especially in times where people are struggling with real bills! The fines, threats, and even their estimated bill seem to have an uncanny resemblance to other people? ( I was told my the manager that I shouldn’t read reviews of other people) not sure why?? *Note how they only reply to reviews that are under a fake name.

  ** SED RICK - How can I contact you?** Scammers. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Like many others in these reviews I have also been hit with a £1600 bill 3 years later. I was first cold called by them when I was only 20 years old, they knew details of my car crash in 2018 so I trusted them and truly believed they were going to help me with this ‘no win no fee’ service. Oh how I was wrong. They are now threatening to take me to court and issue a CCJ unless I pay, I’m totally lost on what to do now as I cannot afford to pay. I wish I had had a look at their website and reviews before I gave them any of my personal information. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  Absolute scam artists. Done literally nothing for me was never up dated on my case, had to consistently contact them for updates, after a year I get a phone call explaining how weak my claim is and that they won't be taking it any further unless I agree to 50/50 and admit liability lol. Email after email now asking for a 1500 payment lol. take me to court I'll even open the door for them myself.

  ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH FIRM!!! DO NOT USE!!! Worst firm I’ve ever been with. Reply to there emails and they have never got back to me once. There communications between team members & customers is ridiculous because of this & them literally not doing any work on the case I told them to close my claim, which I got told they had done now years on im reviving letters saying I need to pay a bill which is bang out of order. Shocking firm, DO NOT USE!!!

  PLEASE AVOID THIS A.I.S SOLICITORS, minus 5 stars, I can relate to many of the bad reviews as I'm going through this at the moment. They should be struck off LIST to practice law, they give solicitors a bad name, They are a bunch of cowboys. PLEASE GO TO LEGAL OMBUDSME AND. SRA solicitors regulation authority, FOR HELP. To all the people who have had bad experience please please complain to SRA, AND OMBUDSMAN. Only they can only put a stop to this kind of cowboys..

  I was involved in an accident in 2020 and the other party was refusing to admit fault. I had some aches and pains as a result of the crash and Mohammed Omar represented me through my entire case. He was very sensitive to the fact I have health issues, a disabled son and also a new baby and did his best to settle out of court. I had the call today to say the other party has agreed to our offer so no need to go to court. Mohammed has been one step ahead all the way, reassuring me all the way through when I was worrying about juggling court as a single mum of children with additional needs and a lack of childcare options and did an amazing job bringing our case to a close. I can’t thank him enough for helping me with this. I highly recommend his services

  Dont work with these sharks. Said I owed them money for a claim that we never pursued. Failed to provide evidence that they were the terms I'd signed to and even illegally rejected my subject access request. 1 star is too much for them.
