awful sales people, a lady called jess was immediately watching as we entered the shop making me and my friend feel extremely uncomfortable and when i placed some earrings next to my ear to see what they would look like she ran over and told me i would now have to pay, i told her i was a college student on minimum wage and couldn't afford it all she replied with was that she was also on minimum wage. there was no warning or sign that this was a policy but instead told me i could find it on a receipt. i asked why she wasn't acting like this with the other people in the shop and she assured me she did however i saw many older people do the same and she ignored. felt very targeted and ruined my experience for the rest of the day. adding onto this the tag wasn't even removed so every shop that was later walked into i set the alarm off. awful experience, don't go here and fire jess
