We have recently ordered a side cabinet from this company. After placing the order it took a couple of weeks to hear anything regarding delivery which was disconcerting given they had taken payment. The cabinet arrived badly damaged on the top with several scratches and marks. Tracey did come back to us and arranged for a collection and redelivery, which took place a couple of weeks later. She also applied a 20% discount.

I ordered a display cabinet when it was marked as in stock a month ago and there is still no sign of delivery. The company has taken payment (it was expensive) and I’ve contacted them multiple times to ask what’s happening - I either get no answer at all or just one reply that didn’t give me an answer. I have now been phoned two nights in a row by a delivery company which is finally trying to sort the delivery, but they told me that the store hasn’t provided them with an address for collecting the cabinet, or with any kind of phone number or email address for them to contact the store directly, so they have no way of making the arrangements. Massively dodgy given that hundreds of pounds have already been charged to my card - AVOID!

I ordered a champagne bucket three weeks ago, the store took payment, and I've not heard from them since. I chased by email twice. No reply. I called over three days, and eventually someone answered the phone and I spoke to a softly spoken lady with a list of excuses that ended with "I'll be in touch today." She wasn't and another two days have gone by. I have better things to do than chase down something I have ordered in this way. I shopped with this store in good faith. I've had to claim back my money via my credit card company. Avoid this company.

Fantastic experience! We ordered coffee tables in December, but sadly due to Brexit-related delays and inconviences, they aren't due in for another few weeks. However, the lovely owner Sam has been in touch to update, and has offered a fantastic solution in the meantime. We are so happy and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again!
