Access Stevenage staff (Ian, Johnson) have always been extremely helpful and supportive, from the time I acquired a unit in 2021, until I vacated the unit in 2023. They made the stressful period of moving my things in/out of storage less stressful and difficult, and were very accommodating and kind. They even saw that I got my two months refund back. I will highly recommend Access Stevenage to anyone worried about moving and storing their stuff at a new storage in difficult times.

Telephone enquiry with staff was fantastic provided all information, was able to view immediately Stevenage storage after telephone conversation. Both staff members were excellent with their communication and provided excellent customer support to assist in the process of obtaining a storage. Johnson was very helpful showed me the various sizes available because I couldn’t figure out the sizes. He was able to explain to details about all I needed to know and do to register. I give him a five star for his excellent customer service rendered.
