Had a 50 sqft unit here for 13 years. Price increased considerably over this time but remained reasonably competitive. Secure, clean and accessible. Although I only accessed the unit a few times, staff were always responsive and helpful. Particular thanks to Stuart who was on duty when I finally moved our stuff out and helped it go smoothly. Recommended.

Having been a business customer for over a year, we would definitely recommend Access Self Storage Southampton. From the beginning, the store manager, Stuart, showed a genuine interest in accommodating us as best as possible. We expressed a desire in being a longer term customer, and required opportunities for growth. Stuart personally showed us around the available units when requested, so we could gauge the size more accurately and also to take measurements needed for our racking system. He was patient with our indecisiveness; we asked to see multiple units with different layouts, to see which would suit us best. We fortunately did end up outgrowing our unit within 3 months, and went back to Stuart for advice and to consider our storage options for scaling up. The space he recommended has met our needs perfectly, allowing us to grow steadily without worrying about having to move equipment and stock again so quickly. The nature of our work means we have to visit every working day, and occasionally on weekends/bank holidays. Access Southampton is open and manned 7 days a week, with varying hours depending on the day. Out of hours access can also be requested upon meeting certain criteria. The Staff make it a comfortable, friendly environment to be in. Matt, Caitlin, Sarah and of course Stuart as the store manager, are all approachable, vigilant, accommodating, professional and welcoming each and every day. We were introduced to other business customer users, which only reinforces the positive environment to converse and even network occasionally. Even just a quick hello and a smile on passing familiar faces, makes it an enjoyable perk to working/storing in the self storage unit. Other benefits to using Access Self Storage Southampton include, but are not limited to: -Competitive rates. -Security measures in place. -An easy, effective app for gaining access securely. -Equipment available to assist in loading/unloading and taking belongings to and from unit. (Again, staff are always happy to offer assistance if needed!) -Ability to accept deliveries, and a popular courier collection location. -Public areas are cleaned and tidied daily.
