    Horrendous (actually non-existent) support and customer service. They don't respond to emails and never pick up the phone. If you try and call them, you end up on hold to a premium charge number (be careful with this). Renewal process is the worst I've ever experienced in all my years working with SaaS vendors. Please look elsewhere for a credible, well-supported HR platform.

    There is no telephone support and if you have an issue you have to wait for them, there is no way to discuss the development to integrate with other systems and really bad documentation on how to use the API
