The rating falls short of five starts only because of shortcomings in the service delivered by 'EQUILAW', intended to provide independent legal advice. The company failed to establish and understand our particular circumstances, giving rise to unnecessary confusion and delays.

The service received from the so called two market leaders (Key & Age Partnership) fell well short of our expectation. Enter Keith Robinson from Access Equity Release. Tricia Batchelor is amazing. 5 years ago , She was the only one who could find a plan that would save us from losing our home and as a bonus provided some much needed cash . She stayed in touch all this time watching the markets and two months ago called us to say that she found a way to get my wife’s name on the deeds ( it’s complicated). Furthermore the time was right to revisit the market for further funds should we need them . We did. Then this fabulous lady not only found a wonderful deal but took both sets of solicitors through all the complications holding their hands and ours too as she did so .
