A friend of mine worked with them, they were unprofessional, abusive, didn't pay the staturory sick pay and threatened her everyday with mails. Since I judge a Company Also on the way they treat their employees, I'd stay away.

This not a not for profit organization. It rather reminds me a modern day mafia. They will milk you for money in all possible fair and unfair ways. If you say you are sick, so could not attend an exam and send them a doctor's note, they tell you they need to know your exact illness or wont reimburse. Why? Because they want your money. Please have a very close look at all the fees that accumulate - registration, annual membership, exam fees, etc. I stopped paying annual membership fees for about a year because I did not take exams and did not practice accounting, so they do not let me log in to their website anymore and even look at my grades. Now I need to pay them re-registration fee as well as all the annual fees missed. Annual membership is absolutely useless, nothing but designation letters next to your name, but very expensive. Also, note that passing all the exams does not entitle you to be become ACCA accredited, you need to have a very specific accounting experience signed off by very specific accredited people, it is a lot harder than you may think. In many cases, just impossible if you dont work in accounting directly.

Lisa lisa.mcneela@accaglobal.com In your report, in order to shield your member, some of your remarks were untrue, false rumors and slander to the victim. I request ACCA official to deal with it seriously. I have pointed out 5 times that your investigation was not related ACCA rulebook and your remarks were inconsistent with the fact. In your report, you ignored all the evidence against ACCA rulebook on purpose. Anti-Money Laundering and Enhanced Due Diligence Check, GDPR and Confidentially and INTEGRITY which definitely are written in ACCA rulebook have not been investigated and quoted in your report. The date of your report I can see is 24th April. However, check my email. I send the evidence 5.52 am on 24th April. It was impossible to be your working hour. You must be submit after my email. Plus you told me it would takes you 3-4 weeks. Plus I received your report much later than 24th April. It makes me surprised, you lied in order to shield your member?! ACCA is not NPO, and ACCA have social responsibilities and you got a paid work, so you have an obligation to deal with this, you need to investigate the aspects of ACCA regulations, not the aspects outside your responsibility. Your report needs to quote a lot of the provisions of ACCA Rulebook for my accusations, however you did not. For the past year, I have been under constant threat of life safety and company survival even framed me to avoid responsibility from 3 people assigned by my previous accountant which is impossible to compromise. That led me to take antidepressants. I will file in all channels and not let her continue to hurt me in the future. Check what you did. Twice misleading me to wait for a month after a request of review on 29th April. I definitely follow your guidance to write down a paragraph to describe my reasons I did not agree. And I called ACCA, she said the same thing. It is extremely irresponsible to put my life and work safety under constant threat because of your irresponsible handling. On 7th May, your email: “I will also send a copy of your letter to Ms I Zheng for information.” You passed all my evidence and emails to your member. I can see on 7th May, she changed information in Companies house in order to evade charges. However, I never got any evidence Yanchun Zheng provided. I quest to get all the evidence from her as well. It was unfair at all. You created opportunity for her to Falsification of evidence, defamation and lying. The causal relationship expressed was misleading in terms of chronological order and translation in your report. I have reported to ACCA China because it happened in Chinese conversations. They supported me to report on WeChat and promised ACCA would deal with it. Yanchun Zheng’s account had got 6 times warnings because she had been proved she violated the regulations on WeChat. I have reported to Action Fraud in the UK. Reference:NFRC200503620745 “Please be assured that by contacting us you are giving the police vital information that they need to protect you and others. The information you have provided may be used to disrupt criminal activity and inform prevention advice and campaigns.” I must protect myself and others to disrupt criminal activity in the future as Action Fraud guidance. From solicitor Tanveer Qureshi “I am surprised the ACCA did not take matters further as there appears to be a claim for negligence and breach of contract here” I don't need ACCA to handle things beyond your responsibilities, such as fee dispute, Fraud, small court will handle it. Action Fraud is handling, but ACCA needs to prove your member with Rulebook regulations. This is what you did not do it. Do not push back to IA then push back to you. The way of procrastinate is to prevent me from solving the problem. You both should investigate it. ACCA needs to investigate and take responsibility for it.

I am also regretting to be part of ACCA, as they don't provide a fair support to students and members, with policies and behavior that just aim to the profit from members fees. Any answer from their team is bureaucratic and standardized, they're not able at all to use common sense and provide good help. I agree with what I read in another review, they may just damage your work life, study progression and making you pay for a not valuable service.
