I called up about being suspended without knowing why for weeks meeting held fake emails apparently me being threatened on site of ok I ended up with a final written warning I still stayed and left took the redundancy because of the stress got a job the following week. Bear in mind I was at telet technology for 4 years. But acas told me that because I didn't lose any money I can't put a claim in for constructive dismissal. THIS IS FALSE INFORMATION AND NOT ACAS DECISION TO MAKE. I found this out as I'm older and wiser and can't forgive acas for the wrong advice.

They’ve always given good and prompt advice when I’ve spoken to them. They were very good when getting me to certificate stage and my employer resolved the matter.

ACAS' entire advice after 30 mins on the phone is to raise a grievance with your employer....if you've already done this, they're out of phone advice for you... They have an office, but no-one you can speak to face to face

Absolute waste if space. Had an employment matter that I needed advice on. It was obvious the man I spoke with didn't understand the full facts and therefore gave me wrong advice. I sought legal advice which pretty much threw shade on what ACAS had told me. Don't waste you time phoning them as they are clueless.
