It's not one star purely because I've dealt with some nice people on the helpline. The actual conciliation process is a joke though. The conciliator assigned to me was only interested in moving me on and ticking his boxes as fast as possible, it was less than useless as I was actually given contrary information by him multiple times. The chance for "conversation" was nothing more than him emailing a few sentences to my ex-employer and ignoring anything I actually wanted to say. Total sham, I hope others don't go in expecting anything even remotely useful, they will be sorely disappointed.
