Keeping gutters clear is a part of building maintenance that's easily neglected. An accumulation of leaves, twigs and moss in gutters often leads to overflow of rainwater and damp walls beneath. To tackle the problem, Acara Management sent Carlos who specialises in this type of maintenance. He arrived with a purpose-built gutter-clearing vacuum with a long suction pipe which means he can work from ground level. He didn't need a ladder because the gutter device is also equipped with a digital camera. He worked efficiently and thoroughly, and even took digital photos to show me where a moss blockage had occurred. Carlos provided ace service, and booking him for an annual maintenance visit makes a lot of sense.
