Am forced to give a star but this business deserves 0 stars for how it's dealing with complaints from people. Not great when they're blocking the pavement in front of your house without notice (to work at another job) for 4 days after I asked politely if they could please move their van a bit from where they had parked on the pavement so I could get past them with my buggy whilst taking my 2 young children to nursery. Their response: refusing to move, telling me I am a liar because there is plenty of space, telling me to go away (despite actually living there) and putting up a huge sign afterwards so we couldn't use the pavement for days forcing everyone with a buggy or wheelchair to use the busy road instead. Both head office and male workers on site were rude and refused to help, instead shouting at me at 8am in the morning whilst both my baby and toddler were present. My son was so distraught and didn't want to walk past the men afterwards because he was so scared of what had happened. Horrible company to deal with. Typical toxic male behaviour with total disregard for the fact that I am a mother with two young children who needs to be able to safely leave the house with my children and use the pavement and feel totally safe when asking for help in doing so. Totally unacceptable that they have caused us unnecessary stress and anxiety simply because I asked for a bit more space to walk. Don't assume that I can just lift the buggy with 2 children as I was told by them to do because even if you don't see a disability or a badge, don't assume that it's not there.
