Over the last months something has changed and unfortunately the politeness and reasonability disappeared. The duty manager is so rude, I understand there are rules, but there is a way to talk with customers which is miles away from how he acts. The other guy at the reception, for example, can say the same thing but differently. Sorry to see such a bad attitude in a place where young people spend must of their time.

DON’T GO THERE! I have been playing there for 5 years. It was the joy of my week: playing soccer with friends. Unfortunately, it is not the case anymore. This is due to the staff that manages the sport center. Unprofessional, aggressive, unpolite, rude, incompetent. The current manager, Leonard L., changed my perception of this sport. It is not nice to be insulted and verbally abused because you want to play 1 minute more. If I were the owner I would know what to do. But British don’t know the basic rules of hospitality. That’s why they have that reputation.

The Worst Experience Ever! Since the property manager has changed, we have been constantly verbally harassed because we were finishing the game 1 minutes over time, and nobody was playing after us. The worst happened when the property manager Lionel banned one of our mate because he was drinking from the water fountain in the wrong way, according to him. We have been playing there since 8 years, and this is not acceptable. The management should fire him or suspend him straight away! This is the worst service ever experienced!
