Friendly, safe, first class tuition in a martial art that is all about defending yourself irrespective of size, sex or age using ancient techniques to deal with modern issues. There are clearly defined goals but you learn at your own pace. Personally I found this activity quite addictive once I got started and am buzzing by the end of each session. If you are at all interested or even just curious come and have a go. The first lesson is free!
