Richard visited me initially and I was very impressed by his knowledge and willingness to provide exactly what was right for me without a hard sell. Pardon the pun but the whole team were a breath of fresh air. On installation day Joe, James and Harry were the best workmen I’ve ever employed…and I’m an old woman so have had decades of work being done in my bungalow. All of the guys explained everything, were professional and very clean and tidy. They worked very hard and are obviously happy with their job and proud of what they achieve. I also had a full demo of the air con. Nothing was too much trouble and they all did a brilliant job. I’m delighted to highly recommend this great team. And. I love the air conditioners. From first contact to completion of the job, each person in AC Solutions exceeded all of our expectations. There was no variation from their quote and no hidden extras in any small print. Their work was carefully considered and planned, neatly and perfectly executed by some of the nicest people we have ever had work in our home. Unlike most experience of building and engineering in the home, the entire experience was actually enjoyable. Their people were fun and happy, positive attitudes and can-do approaches to every request. Their work was neat and, as far as I can see, perfect, and done precisely to schedule.
