We booked and paid for 1 night a couple of weeks ago to stay last night. We received the day before sttating there was a technical issue and the room wasnt available. We were offered another room.at the same price and they would block off the other room.so no-one else could book it. I agreed and said, 👌! Upon our arrival at Southend on Thursday, we received a message from AC 2 stating "we havent had a response from you and have cancelled our room" I was very upset and was offered another room.sharing with a long--term tennant. We declined as this isnt what we paid for! Booking.com.offered another property which had poor reviews so we found ourselves somewhere else. I am very disapointed with our experience and will steer clear from them in the future. They propbably got a better offer, we don't care now..shame on you!!!
