    Absolutely terrible internet. Abzorb administrate our buildings wifi, and half the time you cant download or watch anything, let alone send an email. They are quick to complain about residents torrenting movies, but can't deliver a consistent and stable network connection..Should be disgraced. Their network operations centre is just useless. If i could give 0 stars then i would.

    We use this company for our work mobiles. A high data usage alert came through on one of these phones but not until it had got to £750, on a supposed 8Gb limit, after we had upped it from the original 4Gb. A week later we were sent a bill with over £1,000 of data usage, only when we questioned this was it explained that actually there is a 'time delay' and this was the new amount. It was not made clear at all when starting the contract that having a limit on a handset is not actually a limit. Nor were the charges for going over on either calls or data usage outlined in any paperwork - A copy and paste style fee breakdown was sent only after asking three times Having been a customer for 5 years it was highly disappointing to be told that nothing can be done and to be palmed off to another division from our apparent account manager who clearly didn't want to help
