    Disapointing, no customer service, long waits! The staff is not helpful, sometimes even rude, not paying attention to the orders, every time we order one specific meal, despite the fact that is written in the menu, they bring the dish still missing something. Long waits for the meal even though the restaurant is not full, I mean, two or three tables with clients only, so the service should be a bit quicker. I had ordered some meal which was not available then I didn t have it, but still it was charged on the bill, and we had to complain. Very poor customer services what makes you regret to go there for a dinner, if you have to ask for something else, after calling a member of staff, you will have to wait for some minutes to be heard and get the sensation that you are disturbing. Definitelly not a good idea to have a family dinner. There are plenty of restaurants in the this area, so, I will visit the others next time. I absolutelly do not recommend Abu Zaad Ealing!
