We had Olli out to sweep the chimney back in 2021. He did a full clean and removed a dead pigeon! We mentioned about having a log burner installed he came round and sepnt time going through all options,explained everything and when he installed our new log burner he has done a brilliant job and very clean and tidy.He also has very high attention to detail. Ollie was happy to let me save costs by doing the breaking out of existing fire. He came and fitted the flue and plates etc and will be back to connect the stove once bought. Have to give Absolute Warmth 5 stars for pretty much everything, extremely helpful and accommodating, I had help with replacing a flue and sorting out the old chimney and burner situation, free advice and willing to work with you, rather than blitzing you with a package like a lot of companies, more than helpful and went the extra mile.
