Was fine on the way to Manchester airport before we set off, but on the return journey we had to wait an hour for them to arrive even though we told them when we were going to land. The workers were fine but some of our group had other coaches to catch to get home etc so wouldn’t rely on them to get you home on time and they didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise. Edit- our flight was 30 mins early which we said as soon as we landed at 8:30pm. Then at 9pm we were told 45 mins The first car arrived at 22:15 and the second one didn’t come until 22:30
