I ordered PVC doors and glass panels for my conservatory. They said delivery will be in 14 days approx but the delivery didnt come for weeks. I understand that there may be delays due to covid and Brexit but I could not get hold of anyone for a number of days - I had no idea where my order was. Finally when they did come they claimed that one glass panel broke and would be here on Friday. On Friday I didnt hear from them and on Monday I kept calling and noone was answering my calls, once again. Eventually the glass panel was installed but before the installer had even left they asked for the full payment - bearing in mind this company take 50% deposit. it has been one week and I haven't made the payment and they have threatened me saying they will come to my house if I don't make it. It's funny that when they want money they insistently call me but when I am waiting for my order they refuse to answer and come up with excuses. it is terrible customer service and I definitely would not recommend this business.
