Submitted and paid for an order, and the website confirmation mentioned next-day delivery, I waited for a week with nothing being delivered, then called customer support, someone picked up the phone and said they will call me back and never did. then when contacted by email they finally replied and said that the order was stuck with the courier and that they will send another shipment. I have finally got my items after trying to contact them three times. When I asked to get the tracking number of the original first shipment, I got no reply, indicating that they have actually missed my order and lied about the shipment being stuck. the employees seem to lie more than once. which is a big red flag. I would avoid dealing with this business unless absolutely necessary.

They charge you £6, the lowest option, for next day delivery but it took 2 days. When i phoned up and explained this before placing another order, they told me the postage was not their issue. I pointed out that the order was placed on 30th, received on 1st, 2 days later.... they tried to tell me that they posted it on 30th but the post mark says 31st. Disappointed so went and bought 20 of the same product elsewhere and it was cheaper and postage was only £4.50. Shop around but not with these people.

Bought sanding discs on their advice, then when they didn't work they only refunded the unused ones, so much for customer relations. Will never use again, and I use a lot of sandpaper. Their loss.

What can I say but thank you! Delivery was fast and the prices were spot on for the products I purchased, you got plenty for your money. The roloc sanding discs are of superb quality and are lasting longer than the last ones I bought online from a different vendor. I’ve bought 100s of flap discs & cutting discs from abrasive ( right lines Zirconium & stainless steel cutting discs / always by the 100 , the-flap discs work out to £1.15 each & the cutting discs to 55p . The quality & durability of both products far exceed other brands costing 2 or 3 times the money. Really recommend. I’ve tried most brands as I get through a lot of them.
