Useless and incompetent. Meant to be having our windows done and we're on the top floor of our building. They put the scaffolding a floor too short and when the builders called them to ask them to fix it, they said they'd come first thing the next morning. They eventually showed up around 2pm after the builders had left, stood outside for 10 minutes smoking and chatting and then just left. UNBELIEVABLE.
