First Class service, from speaking to Amy in the office and the workmanship of the stairlift install engineers Chris and Lee. Top lads, Very pleasant !! Also a separate call out on Saturday to another relative’s Stairlift was no problem and fixed immediately.

Terrible service, staff couldn’t care less. Let me first start by giving credit where it’s due. We have until recently had excellent service from them however, that was when we dealt with Carol . Tracy is there now along with a man called Ben. We had my wife’s mobility scooter serviced in March 22 at a cost of £184. they replace the batteries in this service. On the 29/6/22 damage to the terminals cost a further £60 (£244 in total). In august 22 the batteries failed (22% in one and 26% in the other after a full charge). These batteries are only five months old and should be under warranty. We have been loyal customers for over four years, I can’t comment on other branches of Ableworld but the st Helen’s branch has reached the gutter when it comes to customer satisfaction. I would no longer recommend it. We waited for three days for Ben to call so had to call him back only to be told he wouldn’t be renewing the five month old batteries and we would have to pay £72 for new ones .I would no longer recommend them to anyone , take your well earned money and spend it in a shop which gives good customer satisfaction.
