Not a good experience here fault with my sisters scooter that she paid 750 pounds for it and it as a fault with the safety back wheels ?? Are they dealing with it no is the answer 🤔 😕 so stay clear if you can the mangers are useless ......well some one as got it wrong hmmm looks like a manager as had a reply and not saying the full truth all the information and pictures have been sent to a fully qualified professional engineer not a manger and the truth is in black and white ?? So area manager and shop manager can keep up with there tail but the truth comes out ....

myself and my husband were welcomed and was looked after by donna when we purchased my 1st scooter on 19th july 21 we was able to test drive the scooter i came to purchase and was well looked after donna was very polite and helpful in our purchase. i would just like to add that i did have a issue and that upon speaking to Donna 9th Aug 21 that Donna went above and beyond her helpfulness in our issue delighted me on how quick this was resolved i am well happy with the service i received and would gladly recommend the shop and staff thank you .
