We called in on Tuesday with my mum to have a look and compare prices etc. We were helped by Peter, who asked all the relevant questions to be able to get the right scooter. Then even when he knew we planned to go and have a look else where, continued with the exact same service as he had before he knew we “were planning” to go elsewhere. He was an absolute star and a credit to the store. His customer service was fab, he looked after mum so well, showing her all the details, took her for a little “test drive”, making sure she knew what to do. My sister and I were so pleased, and more importantly mum was happy, that we couldn’t see the point of going elsewhere! Customer service won the sale. Thank you Peter you helped mum feel she could do it on her own, and she has, and my sister and I (who don’t live locally) left knowing she would be fine.

I have been to able world in Newport a few times now and the staff are very helpful. It was lovely today to go in and see jacqui who I brought my first scooter from, she is very helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The gentleman in there is equally as nice but I’m not sure of his name. I’ve now been named Mrs Three scooters 🤦♀️🤣
