First class service from initial visit on Friday 24th Feb too installation on Monday 27th Feb for Handicare 1100 stairlift. The installer Gary was fantastically professional and friendly with both elderly parents. Spent time explaining how to use product correctly as well as let us know that product uses Mercedes electric motor and he actually services the stairlift as well. A company is only as good as its knowledgeable and professional team. Gary is that guy who makes the difference. Well done and thank you 👏
