We were pleased with the initial survey which was comprehensive in its detail and costings and so impressed with Samuel meeting us at the property the very next day after I raised a concern that there was a case of penetrating damp that had been overlooked . Samuel immediately assured and proved to me during our meeting that this was not the case and that the mould was the result of condensation from poor ventilation. This was a big relief to us and appreciated that the report was updated to reflect this.

We had a level 3 survey done by Able Surveyors (Jack) and have to say that the level of service is excellent, not only is the survey very detailed, professional and easy to understand, we had the headlines back the same day and the full report within a few days. Also within the full report there is a guidance of price for any work that might need to be undertaken. After the full survey we sent the estate agents/vendor issues that we felt needed to be addressed, we sent their reply to Jack who contacted us to go through any follow up questions we had. Everyone that we have dealt with in this company have been professional and courteous, would highly recommend Able Surveyors.
