Always great service, friendly team and fair price. What more could you ask for! I bought two fires, four years ago, and Abigas still service them and our boiler each year. I cant recommend them highly enough. My in-laws bought a wood burner recently from them and similarly had a great experience.

Well, what a day this has been! I have been waiting for an apology but nothing so far. This is a firm I have used for some years and they have taken a lot of my money. I reported to them last Wednesday that I was having problems with a boiler (that they had supplied and fitted) - they promised a call back - no response. After a couple of days - we were away from home - the problem persisted but was now worse. Phone call again Tuesday (shop closed Monday) and the director Phill Lloyd arrived today. All I can say is that he was in a foul mood when he walked into our home! After declaring he didn’t know what was wrong with the boiler something flipped his switch ! This is the only time in my life when I have been verbally abused and sworn at in my own home! Wholly and totally unprofessional behaviour from a tradesman. I have known this man for a number of years but I immediately demanded he leave my home. Absolutely atrocious attitude that has left my wife and I reeling! Always two sides to a story but I know who’s in the right today! I will never entertain this firm near my front door again.

Highly recommended Not just a fireplace shop.....They fitted whole fireplace and new fire. They took care of everything gas pipes, removal of brick surround, getting in a plasterer. Overall very good experience, the guys did a good job and left the site clean. I would definitely recommend this great local company.
