I didn't receive my Covid tests on time even though I had rung multiple times to make them aware that the post is a little slow where I live. My day 2 Covid test arrived on day 4 which meant that I had to call 119 to get a free NHS one. Some of the customer services support staff don't go above and beyond in their support of clients, however in my experience, Clare is an absolute gem. It is only because of Clare that I am giving 2 stars, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend Abicare for Covid Home Testing kits - I assume their other services are fantastic, but in my experience, it has been nothing but frustration and hassle.

Have worked with Abicare since 2017, absolutely love my job. Always supported by upper management and my Co workers. Being a supervisor is an amazing step I took last year and never have I looked back. I have since become homecare manager. Abicare are flexible, management always there to listen if ever you had any issues. Abicare is one big family and I am proud to be part of that.
