I honestly can't give them enough stars. I came in unaounced looking for an embroidery machine. Tracy was so incredibly helpful and her enthusiasm was so contagious. She showed me how to use my machine before buying it which helped beyond belief as I was able to come home and start embroidering immediately with no hassels at all. Scott was also incredibly helpful and great to chat to. The team is absolutely great and I can't recommend them enough.
