Absolutely impossible to get through on phone lines. Have called the number over and over in the last two weeks. Some of the 345 drivers are professionally questionable. Had a driver actually chatting on his phone for a good 10minutes whilst driving (his phone, not controllers on ibus system) they bump stops, drive like lunatics and do not offer a professional bus service, literally bombing past people at stops hailing the bus, witnessed it s a passenger and experienced it myself whilst waiting at stops Happens with such frequency couldn't not review them. (note I said some, there are a small minority that are actually ok)

Very inexperienced management with not a very clear command in speech of the English language.They should really be rethinking the current diversity which they seem to put before experience, and clarity when instructions have to be announced. The Potentiality to exceed as a bus operator for TfL. and gain more routes and Garages.
