    I would highly recommend this childcare provider. After only been with them for 7 months, my children absolutely love going there. After going through a couple of childminders. The childminder has helped and supported all of us, with moving to a new area, the children starting a new school and more. They have been absolutely amazing. And I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else. As for the comment above, this is absolutely ridiculous. They pick the children up on time everyday. They help and support the child with homework if the child wants to do it. There is no rubbish lending to the house and every time I have been there the house has been spotless. The review above is a load of rubbish. If you have an issue with this childminder, voice your opinion to the childminder themselves and not all over internet. I would like to say a massive thank you the childminders as you do a brilliant jobs.

    I would not recommend this childcare provider - I am currently registering a complaint with the FCA for fraudulently charging me for times she declared she had picked my child from school after recently being given evidence from the school that the childminder was picking the child up 10-15 minutes late each contracted day (easily 2-3 hours total over the course of a month, since September, 6 months ago), and I am registering a complaint with OFSTED for the fact this provider led me to believe my child was in an alternative location (i.e. with her) than where my child actually was. In addition, she is rude, inflexible, her house is often dirty with all sorts of rubbish leading to the front door. Communication is poor and she is often passive aggressive. She stated upon signing contracts she would faciliate my children being able to do homework (not do it with them, but ask them to do it themselves and provide a space for them to do it) and this has not happened once. Absolutely would not recommend.
