    4 weeks to the day I had a quote from Phil, he stated it would be ready in 4 weeks time. Had it fitted today by a pie muncher (wigan) who was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me, (it had nothing to do with his piercing eyes) that I asked him to do a couple of things for me.

    Phil came round and measured up for a new garage door and quoted me a price, I accepted the price and was told the door would take 6 weeks to be manufactured. I'd not heard anything after 9 weeks so I called to see what was happening only to be told my door hadn't been ordered! I was told that I hadn't paid a deposit therefore door wasn't ordered, even though there had been no mention of a deposit at the time of ordering. Apparently I should've received written conformation about the order with information on how to pay the deposit at the time of ordering, which I never received. I asked for this to be sent over, even though I'd already wait 9 weeks and would have to wait another 6 weeks but it never got sent. I called twice and left a message (which they never replied to) asking for the confirmation to be sent again and to check if they had the correct contact details for me but still nothing. Appalling customer service, not sure why they are highly recommended locally as the service is awful.

    Phillip came round in July 2021 to measure up and quote. Agreed price and he stated that it would be a maximum of 12 weeks for delivery. In early November, I emailed him to ask about installation dates. No reply. I followed this up with two phone calls. No reply. I finally lost patience and cancelled the order. Appalling customer service. Zero stars if I could.

    Got ABC to replace our old wooden garage doors.They got in touch day before with the time they’d be here next day,on time and Alex was lovely and very hard working here all day from 8.30 in the morning to almost 6 at night. Brilliant job start to finish,took everything away and left the place very clean and tidy Thank you.Good price too,they were the cheaper of a few quotes! Would not hesitate to recommend.
