Awful communication. Tried contacting them for over 12 hours the day before our sons 4th party to confirm they were all set to meet us at 10:30 the next day. Called their mobile phone loads, text message, fb message, no response & their 0800 number out of service. We were devastated and at 8pm we were forced to try and find another castle. At 11:45pm we received a text to say they would see us in the morning!!! Would highly recommend you don’t waste your time, book elsewhere.
