We have been boating four times with ABC, four times with a Wren (boat type). This year it was the Union Canal from Fallkirk to Edinburgh. It was once again wonderful. The boats are always in a very good condition. The staff at Fallkirk is very caring and helpful. We felt "at home" immediately!

Extremely unprofessional. No-one replied to our email prior to the trip enquiring about river (which had been in flood) and lock situation. Conflicting information given at induction and onboard manual meant we were uncertain of lock times and safe mooring opportunities near the Bevere lock resulting in returning the boats 1hr 15mins late. We paid the £200 late return fine for 2 boats without complaint but were treated like dirt by all staff at Worcester Marina. When we returned home we sent an email explaining our safety concerns but again have had no reply.

We did the Avon Ring in 12 days. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The boat was clean and well equipped. We had a thorough introduction and a handover of the boat including some tricky spots and how to navigate them. It takes a bit of practice to steer the boat but we got the hang of it pretty quickly. We had a lovely vacation on the boat and will definitely recommend this! Children had a blast helping out with the locks even though there were A LOT of them.
