    Abby is great. I really don’t feel comfortable in a gym and generally find it difficult to be motivated or know what to do / where to start. Abby is patient, fun and you can tell she really loves what she does.

    I had been attending Abby's brilliant spin classes for 4 years...then lockdown struck. I am so glad I contacted Abby and we started training in the local park. She did an initial fitness assessment and talked to me about what I wanted to achieve. Am now back at the gym but I still look forward to our weekly training session which are always different and use a combination of strength and cardio techniques. Abby also helped me when I suffered a back injury and she put together a tailored stretching programme which really helped me get back on track. Our training sessions are tough..but always great fun .Whatever your fitness level or goals I can't recommend Abby highly enough

    Honestly can’t recommend Abbey enough. She has patiently helped me rebuild my core, fitness, confidence and enjoyment of exercise (from a very low, mid fifties, starting point!!). Like a little Yoda she knows just how hard to push you, and has made the whole experience positive and fun. Abbey is very professional and knowledgeable but without being scary - unless you need her to be!! Amazing - you won’t regret it. :)

    Abby first started with us in 2020, initially it was just to get myself and my 20 yr old daughter fitter but during the various lock downs we ended up with all 6 of us training together in the garden (Covid compliant obviously). She even got my reluctant husband involved. Abby now trains just the two of us twice a week - making sure that we are thinner and fitter. The results are great, the sessions are fun we have both massively noticed a difference; losing weight, feeling stronger and most importantly our blood pressure coming down. Best money & time we spend on ourselves - go for it you won't regret it

    I have been training with Abby for about 3 years. We started off with ad hoc sessions but I loved training with Abby so much that we now have a regular weekly slot. She is brilliant. She really knows her stuff and is good at keeping me motivated. Since Lockdown we have been training over zoom. I think I actually prefer two 30 minute sessions a week rather than our usual 1 hour one. Abby is very good at mixing it up, with some cardio, some body weight and some strength training. It has been really helpful to have a routine and it fits around my work schedule. If you are looking for a trainer in Winchester, I can’t recommend Abby enough.

    What I like best about working with Abby is her bespoke approach. She gets that life isn’t about conditioning yourself to restrictive or faddy diets, rather in order to feel and look your best it is all about balance and commitment. I found the initial consultation with Abby so helpful as it reassured me that my goals were set and Abby understood the type of lifestyle I lead, in order that exercises and workout plans could be tailored to these. I can honestly say that the training sessions were really enjoyable and week on week I could see them working for me and helping me to change both my shape and the way I feel about myself. In a few months the end result was a boost in confidence that made me feel proud of my body and how far I had come – thanks Abby!
