I pointed out how unprofessional you were :) I moved out, I did not messy anything. It was mound behind of the bed frame. It doesn’t mean I damaged something in the property. Who gonna check behind bed frame or behind big furnitures :). You guys are very funny, you don’t think what you done to me ( no cleaning for moving in, no Check in for next tenants etc) just pointing out one things as childish :) Please stop and accept your unprofessional jobs for your future business and careers :) Best LUCK 🤞🏻

I was contracted with this agency few years ago, try to avoiding contract with this Agency. I just wrote again coz they delete my review long times ago. I'm warning everyone. 1. No one came to the property to check in, I went to their Agency to collect key from East London to their office. 2. As I mentioned, no-one came to check in. There were very messy which the ex-tenant left so many things. Did't clean (in the fridge there were food too and on the cup board, so much dirty stuffs, in the storage the ex-tenant left her own stuff which doesn't seems they clean before I moved-in ) 3. They did't check properly when I move out, and they gonna charge you so much deposit with unacceptable reason. They took so much money from my deposit even tho I was arguing with them over 3month to get my money back. 4. Just avoiding this Agency, I dont understand of ppl who give 4-5stars honestly. + Hi thank you for comment. My name is Eunjoo Cho you could find my name for sure, Flat31, E2 7AU.
